Deirdre Fay, MSW, works with people who have had crummy histories to develop an inner platform to get their needs met and have success in all areas of life. With over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and educator, Deirdre brings together modern science with ancient wisdom traditions in exploring the Transformational Journey of life which was called a radically positive approach to healing trauma.
Deirdre’s message resonates deeply with those who may look successful on the surface, but internally feel plagued by shame, anxiety, distress, depression – wondering why they’re stuck in repeating relational and life patterns. Her third book, Becoming Safely Embodied (2021), became an Amazon best-seller before it was published and sold over 5,000 copies in its first three weeks of availability.
Jack Rotondi
Jack Rotondi is CEO, COO and Coach at the Safely Embodied Network. Jack's group and individual coaching experience spans writing/editing/publishing, business entrepreneurship, professional development, personal growth, breathing, and singing.
Jack joined the Safely Embodied Network five years ago after a 25-year career in business administration where technology, personnel management, training and mentoring were central pillars of his work. Jack is a published author as well as the editor of several books including Deirdre's 2017 and 2021 books. A long-time singer and musician, Jack led his own jazz group for over a decade and has performed in diverse stage environments. Jack is also a devoted swimmer and certified free diver.
